I graduated in 2015 and have worked in private practice and in the autistic community. I support people across the lifespan with a range of challenges. After my own late-diagnosis, Autism and ADHD have become my areas of specialty. I also have particular interests in anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and supporting families. Yes, I’ve done the years of study, but I also bring lived experience and an understanding that life is messy. I feel thankful to have created a space where our time together can be authentic and real with evidence-based skills included. A winning combination!

If we meet, you’ll notice that I like to keep things friendly and down to earth. I will probably be wearing something colourful and would LOVE to see photos of your pets or latest interest. Fidget toys, colouring in and being yourself is encouraged. Eye contact is optional. In my spare time I am usually hanging out with my amazing neurodivergent daughter, watching (brilliantly) terrible reality television or looking after my many pets.
